Initial Scheme Design
ZenSar lead the way in business transformation, delivering industry-focused solutions with measurable business outcomes. They wanted a partner who could deliver an office that reflected their innovative IT solutions and progressive business ambitions. The space needed to reflect the company itself but also create a warm and welcoming environment that would appeal to their clients. It was also key to Zensar that people who may be walking by could get a good impression of what the company is about just by walking past their office.
The project scope included project management, construction management, basement and ground floor CAT A & CAT B fit out, full HVAC installation, Interior design, furniture and workspace solutions, space planning, design workshops and workplace analysis.
