The Challenge

The award-winning agency, which produces stunning trailers for blockbuster movies, needed to renovate its outdated office on Warren Street, in Fitzrovia, London.

Create London specialises in audio-visual advertising, with many partners across the entertainment industry. One of the company’s core beliefs is that every campaign benefits from a flexible and collaborative approach.

The brief was to reflect this approach within the workspace, which meant dramatically remodelling the existing internal space. The existing office was dominated by a huge photographic studio infinity wall, which had to be removed in order to create an inspiring, modern and unique environment.

The project scope, not only included the stripping out of the old facilities and installation of new ceilings, partitioning, lighting, decorating, kitchen and flooring, but also the coordinating and delivering of a complex compressed mechanical and electrical systems.

The end result included individual editing suites on the basement level, with each video editor having personal input with their own feature wall colours and decoration to personalise their space. The design scheme also included exposed brick works and interior Crittal style partitions.

The finishing touch, creating a unique scheme was the installation of carefully sourced unique vintage furniture items throughout.
