Shaun Baker, Design Principal at Woodall’s. Previously Creative Director Oktra, Head of Design, Overbury. Shaun consistently challenges the industry to push new boundaries through Activity Based and Agile working concepts, consulting Fortune 500 clients such as Brown Forman, AT&T, HP, Amazon, TOMTOM, Viacom &, Fedex.

Dan Miller, Managing Director, Metric RE. Previously, Senior Director BNP Paribas, Partner, Head of Occupier Services, Strutt & Parker. Associate Director, JLL. Dan has over 20 years in-depth experience in the central London and wider EMEA occupier market. His knowledge and prowess has seen him establish his own RE Consultancy. Dan will be presenting the current challenges in the European and central London property market.
